Insurance & Payment
Finding support should feel a little easier. Tide and Root Coastal Wellness offers virtual therapy for adults across Texas, with insurance and private pay options.

Complimentary - 15-Minute Consultation
A brief consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and determine whether I may be a good fit.
Initial Therapy Appointment - $160
Our first appointment provides time to talk more fully about your concerns, history, strengths, and goals for therapy.
Individual Therapy Session- $120
Ongoing individual therapy focused on your needs, goals, and progress.
Tide and Root Coastal Wellness is a private pay practice and does not currently bill insurance. All appointments are provided securely online to adults who are physically located in Texas at the time of service.

Services and Fees
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your health care, including therapy services.
• Appointments scheduled 3–9 business days ahead: You will receive your estimate within 1 business day after scheduling.
• Appointments scheduled at least 10 business days ahead: You will receive your estimate within 3 business days after scheduling.
• Before scheduling: You may request an estimate at any time. You will receive it within 3 business days of your request.
If your bill from a provider is $400 or more above that provider’s estimate, you may be eligible to dispute the charges. Keep a copy of your estimate to compare with your bills.
